Polymaster partnered with us to refresh its brand identity, ensuring it reflected its commitment to reliability, innovation, and industry leadership. We developed the positioning statement “Reliability for every drop” to unify its diverse customer base while reinforcing trust and quality. The brand language was refined to be clear, approachable, and customer-focused, ensuring consistency across its three key markets: Engineered Solutions, Agriculture, and Plumbing.

Visually, we modernised the brand with a streamlined colour palette, replacing red with a bold Polymaster blue complemented by earthy Australian tones. A new typeface, Rubik, was introduced for clarity and consistency, alongside a distinctive drop-shaped design motif, symbolising liquid security and expertise. This transformation extended across marketing collateral, product catalogues, website elements, and social media assets, creating a cohesive, future-proof brand that communicates trust, quality, and innovation at every touchpoint.
